U19s face Cardiff in Youth Cup semis

Swansea City’s under-19s will face Cardiff City in the semi-finals of the FAW Youth Cup.
The academy side defeated Merthyr Town 5-1 in the quarter-final at Landore on Sunday with Owen Evans, Mason Jones-Thomas, Jayden Reid and Bradley Gibbings all on target.
The young Swans are looking to win the trophy for a 10th year in succession after defeating the Bluebirds on penalties in the final at the Liberty Stadium last season.
Cardiff have so far recorded victories over Tiger Bay, Taffs Well and Llanelli to reach the last four of the tournament.
The tie will be played at a neutral venue on Sunday, March 10, with the kick-off time yet to be confirmed.
