Swansea City AFC Foundation is seeking a new Head of Foundation to lead its independent charity arm.
The Head of Foundation is intrinsic to the growth of the Foundation and will lead the charity in achieving its strategic goals.
Working closely with the Board of Trustees, the Head of Foundation will develop, lead and deliver the Foundation’s Strategy, while enhancing its reach, reputation and impact within the community it serves.
The Head of Foundation will have overall responsibility for both financial and business growth of the charity, while ensuring sustainability of income streams to benefit the local community.
