The Under-21s were crowned Development League Two champions following victory over Huddersfield at the Liberty Stadium.
A brace from Kenji Gorre and an Alex Samuel strike saw the Swans secure a 3-2 win and end an excellent season on a high.
And our Swans TV cameras were on hand to capture all the pre-match preparations as well as the post-match celebrations and, of course, the match itself.
