Vital Statistics: Bristol City

Swansea City slid to defeat at Bristol City on Saturday as their seven-match unbeaten run came to an end.

Here we look at the key statistics from the Championship clash.

1 - Swansea's recent record at Ashton Gate does not make for pretty reading. In their last 10 trips to face the Robins they have just a solitary victory to their name courtesy of a 2-0 triumph in 2011.

4 - Goals have proved almost as elusive as wins across that 10-game sequence, with the Swans having netted just four goals in that time and being rendered scoreless on seven occasions.

8 - Swansea's seven-match unbeaten run came to an end, as did their run of scoring in seven consecutive matches. The Swans had last failed to score against Aston Villa on Boxing Day. This was also the first time in eight away league games that Swansea had not managed to find the net.

17 - George Byers and Joel Asoro made their first Championship appearances since the home defeat to Ipswich prior to the start of the October international break, ending a 17-game wait for league action.

23 - Andreas Weimann's opener for the hosts was his first goal since his winner in the reverse fixture at the Liberty Stadium in August, ending his scoreless run at the 24th attempt.

57 - Swansea had the lion's share of the ball at Ashton Gate with 57 per cent. The last time they enjoyed a greater share and lost away from home was at Rotherham in November, where they enjoyed 72 per cent of possession.
