Wales end qualifying campaign with victory

13th October

Wales ended their European Championship qualifying campaign on a high with a 2-0 victory over Andorra in Cardiff.
Chris Coleman's side still harboured hopes of finishing top of Group B despite defeat in Bosnia last Saturday.
That result, coupled with Cyprus winning in Israel, meant that Wales had already booked their place at Euro 2016 ahead of Tuesday's clash against Andorra in the capital.
Ashley Williams captained the home side, while fellow Swans man Neil Taylor was named amongst the substitutes.
Andorra - who have never won a competitive fixture away from home -made it difficult for the home side in a goalless first half before Aaron Ramsey put Wales ahead six minutes into the second period.
Gareth Bale added a second late on to seal the win and ensure that Wales ended a historic qualifying campaign on a high ahead of next summer's finals in France.
