The Under-19s eased into the final of the FAW Youth Cup following a comfortable victory over Bala Town at Latham Park.
After an even opening period, the Swans took the lead as Kyle Copp finished off a fine counter attacking move with a fierce half volley.
And they doubled their advantage just two minutes later as Copp was brought down in the box, leaving the midfielder to pick himself up and slot home from 12 yards.
Bala had a couple of half chances to pull one back before Swansea grabbed a third before the interval courtesy of Owain Jones.
And after hitting the post just two minutes after the break, the Swans scored a fourth as Alex Samuel tapped home from close range.
Jones scored his second of the afternoon following a fine run and finish past the Bala goalkeeper, while the striker helped himself to a hat-trick after chipping the ball over Tyler French.
And the result was capped off late on when a Bala defender put through his own net as the Swans set up a final showdown with Cardiff City.
"Everyone is really pleased to have reached the final," said coach Cameron Toshack. "We have been a little up and down in some of the cup games this season, and in the first half against Bala we were a little frantic with our passing and decision-making.
"But in fairness to the players they put that right in the second half and we were a lot more composed which allowed us to dominate the opposition for long periods.
"It's really positive for us to reach another final and I'm sure it will be a great occasion for everyone involved.
"Even though we have got the better of Cardiff on two occasions in the league this season, anything can happen in one off cup game and both clubs have Under-19 players that they can call upon which could make a difference on the day."
