If you have any queries or issues with subscribing, login in or accessing the live stream then please contact swanstvlive@streamamg.com   It is advised that you subscribe and test your log in well in advance of the game going live as matchday issues can take some time to investigate and resolve. It is important that you reply to the auto-reply generated from your query, this will ensure your ticket is raised with the streaming providers. 

If there are any matters that relate directly to the club, then StreamAMG will forward the issue to the club on your behalf. You are still advised to use the same email address swanstvlive@streamamg.com.
