Christmas 2022 will be here before you know it, so don’t leave it too late to book one of our sought after celebrations at the Swansea.com Stadium.
We have a range of different parties to choose from our Royal Banquet to our Festive Lunch and the Swansea City conferencing and events team are ready and waiting to help you plan your festive celebration in style.

Please note that a deposit will be required to secure your booking and there is minimum booking requirement of six guests per party.
A ROYAL BANQUET
Calling all kings and queens, knights and nobles.
Let it be known that throughout November and December we request your presence at the Swansea.com Stadium for the festive season.
Dress up as your favourite kings and queens throughout the decades – however you interpret that! If could be Queen Victoria, or the King of Rock and Roll. You might choose to be the Queen of Hearts or the Princess of Pop.
We will let you use your imagination!
Our Royal Banquet will be hosted on November 26 and December 2, 3, 9, 16 and 17 with the night commencing at 7:00pm.
There will be a cocktail on arrival, while guests will feast on a two course grazing table platter followed by our rodeo ride and resident DJ. Carriages will be at 1:30am.
Vegetarian/vegan options are also available, along with any other dietary requirements you may have, however a pre-order is required.
Our Royal Banquet is priced at £40.00 per person, with a minimum number of six guests required to book.
Please note a non-refundable deposit of £20.00 per person will be required to secure your booking.
A TRADITIONAL CHRISTMAS
Join us for a traditional three-course Christmas dinner followed by dancing until late.
The event will be start from 7pm and Christmas fizz will be served on arrival.
This event will be hosted on December 2, 3 and 9. Carriages will be at 1:30am.
The price for this event is £40.00 per person, with a minimum number of six guests required to book. Please note a non-refundable deposit of £20.00 per person will be required to secure your booking.
FESTIVE LUNCH
Our Festive Lunch will be hosted from 12pm Friday, December 16. Guests will receive a traditional Christmas lunch served with all the trimmings, followed by dessert.
After lunch, a live DJ will be on hand to get the party started. Our lunch time party will finish at 4.30pm leaving you plenty of time to carry on your celebrations when you leave, or call it an early night in your PJ’s!
Our Festive Lunch costs £35.00 per person and a minimum of six guests are required to book. Please note a non-refundable deposit of £20.00 per person will be required to secure your booking.
PRIVATE PARTIES
Our team can’t wait to transform your ideas and assist you in creating the perfect Christmas Party package to suit your company’s needs.
Whether this is your first visit or you are a returning guest, we will be sure to make it a party to remember.
Our packages are priced from £30.00 per person, a minimum number of 80 guests is required.
