TIMINGS

Doors for the concert will open at 4.30pm, with Elton John’s performance beginning at 7pm.

Please note timings are approximate and subject to change.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

Children aged 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

ACCESSIBLITY

Please note all wheelchair bays have been sold for this event and we do not have capacity to move tickets into these areas.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

No professional recording or photography equipment will be permitted at the venue.

No glass bottles or containers, metal cutlery, sharp items or any items likely to compromise safety are to be brought into the stadium.

Fireworks, smoke canisters, flags, banners, poles, laser pointers, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (i.e drones) or other similar articles are not permitted in the stadium and any person in possession of any such articles may be refused entrance.

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking (including E-cigarettes) is not permitted in any area of the stadium.

BAG POLICY

All ticket holders are prohibited from bringing any bag into the stadium unless it is smaller than an A4 piece of paper (height: 297mm width: 210mm depth: 210mm).

Bags will be checked at an outer cordon before entering the stadium. Bags larger than A4 will not be permitted entry.

BOTTLE POLICY

One bottle of water (500ml or smaller) in transparent plastic will be permitted, but these must be sealed on entry.

WEATHER

The show will not be cancelled in the event of inclement weather, so we ask you to check forecasts ahead of attending and dress appropriately.

CAMPING

Overnight camping is not permitted.

TICKETING

Where are my seats located?

Your print at home ticket will identify your allocated seat and entry point. We ask that you access the stadium via the entry gate specified on your ticket. The map below highlights the stadium plan and entry points. Please do not hesitate to ask a steward within the stadium for assistance in finding your seat.

 

My ticket hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

If your ticket has not arrived, please contact the ticket agent you purchased your ticket through as they will be able to assist you.


I need to collect my tickets. Where is the box office?

The box office is situated in the South West corner of the stadium. Please bring your confirmation email and reference number with you, along with proof of ID.  

 

I have a complaint/query, who should I talk to?

Any complaints about the Holder’s ability to view the concert from his/her seat (if any) must be made to the Promoters’ box office within thirty minutes of the commencement of the headline act’s performance. Post event complaints cannot be validated. Any other complaints regarding the concert must be made during the concert to the Promoters’ box office. The promoter box office can be found between entrances A and B off Brunel Way.

Please note that if you have already entered the stadium and wish to visit the box office, you would need to exit and re-enter with your concert ticket.

For any post event complaints, we ask for concert-goers to contact support@swanseacity.com with details of the complaint so this can be addressed with the relevant team.

TRAVEL

Finding the stadium

The Swansea.com Stadium is located next to the Morfa Retail Park. Exit M4 via Junction 45 and take the A4067 South towards the City Centre for approximately 3 miles.

The address and postcode for use on satellite navigation is as below:

Where is the pick up and drop off point?


Morfa Retail Park will act as a pick up and drop off point, pre and post-concert. Post code: SA1 7BP.

Please note that this is strictly for pre-arranged transport (including any pre-booked taxis). 

Attendees should be aware that the retail site will shut at 11pm and car enforcement fines will be in place for any vehicles who do not adhere to the signposted restrictions.

 

Where can I get a taxi?

If you have pre-booked a taxi, you must get this from the Morfa retail site.

There will be a small taxi rank located near the park and ride site in Landore for those who have not pre-booked.

 

What parking is available on-site?

All parking options are available to view HERE.

 

I'm travelling by bus. How do I get to the stadium?

We recommend using the First Cymru Journey Planner, which is available on their website HERE.

 

Are there any concert specific coach services available?

Swansea City has worked with Turners Coachways to provide coach services on the evening of the Elton John concert at the Swansea.com Stadium on Wednesday June 29.

The coaches to the stadium will depart from the below stations:

1. Port Talbot bus station
2. Llanelli bus station
3. Neath railway station (Windsor Road)
 

The Port Talbot and Llanelli routes will depart from their respective station at 5pm, with the Neath route departing at 5.45pm.

All of the above routes will return at 10.15pm to their respective stations, at a cost of £15 per seat.

In addition to these services, Turners will also operate a shuttle bus service from Swansea train station on High Street.

Coaches will depart Swansea train station between the hours of 4.30pm and 7pm. 

They will then return to High Street post-concert, departing the stadium at 10.15pm.

Anyone wishing to use this service must pre-book their travel in advance and guests will receive a print at home ticket, which must either be printed prior to using the coach service, or displayed on a smart phone.

If there are a group of 20 or more individuals who wish to purchase transport, please contact privatehire@turnerscoachways.co.uk and a member of the Turners team will be able to provide a bespoke quote based on your requirements.

WHAT FOOD AND DRINK WILL BE AVAILABLE?

There will be a full complement of food and drink refreshments on offer at the Swansea.com Stadium.

Once inside the gates you will have full access to the stadium catering village where there will be a wealth of food and drink outlets to chose from.

You will be required to provide photo ID as proof of age when purchasing alcohol.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

The Swansea.com Stadium is a fully cashless stadium across all areas, so card payment only.

I HAVE SPECIFIC MEDICAL AND DIETARY NEEDS. CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINK?

If you have medical or dietary needs, please contact accessibility@swanseacity.com. A member of the team will be able be able to provide you with a certified letter allowing you to bring the necessary items. 

No alcohol is permitted into the stadium.

IS THERE A CLOAKROOM ON SITE?

No, there is no cloakroom facility available for this event. Please ensure you check the weather forecast prior to departure and ensure that you bring appropriate clothing for all weather conditions.

IS THERE FACILITY TO CHARGE MY MOBILE PHONE?

No. There is nowhere available for you to charge your mobile phone at this event.
