We are all Jacks

OUR COMMITMENT

We are all Jacks is Swansea City’s commitment to diversity, equality and inclusion (EDI) both within the club and throughout the local community.

Our club’s board members and senior leaders are responsible for ensuring both EDI and mental health is a core focus within the club’s wider strategy.

Working with international and local charities, as well as supporter groups, Swansea City strives to ensure that, whether you’re an employee, supporter or visitor to the Swansea.com Stadium you will receive a welcoming experience regardless of sex, sexuality, gender identity, religion, race, disability, or age.

We are committed to promoting equality of opportunity to everyone who wishes to be involved in the club and we’re committed to avoiding and eliminating unfair discrimination of any kind.

We will, under no circumstances, condone unlawful discriminatory practices. The club strives to ensure it provides an environment where everyone's rights, dignity and individual worth is respected.

We continuously seek to raise awareness of discrimination within sport, supporting those who speak out and promoting anti-discriminatory campaigns.

We take a zero-tolerance approach to discrimination, harassment, victimisation, bullying and abuse and we are proud to be constantly striving to improve our practices.

The club achieved the EFL Equality Code of Practice during the 2021-22 season, and has since been working towards the Code’s Bronze Level using the framework to improve its policies and practices. This demonstrates the clubs clear commitment to driving awareness, education and change in football and society as a whole.

We are all Jacks.
