2013: Fans' favourite moments

30th December

It was historic, ground-breaking and brought an European adventure . . . . 2013 certainly was a year to remember for Swansea City.
With the club continuing to celebrate it's centenary season, the new year got off to a superb note with victory over then European champions Chelsea over two legs in the Capital One Cup semi-final.
Michael Laudrup's side would then head to Wembley, where they picked up the club's first major piece of silverware with a memorable 5-0 win over League Two outfit Bradford City.
The 2012-13 season would end with a trophy in the cabinet, European football on the fixture list and a top-half finish in the Barclays Premier League.
And the new campaign would bring a lot more cherished memories.
The Europa League adventure kicked-off with trips to Sweden and Romania in the qualifying phases, with the Swans getting off to a stunning start in the Group Stage thanks to a 3-0 win over Valencia at the Mestalla.
The adventure would continue after the Swans qualified for the last 32 and booked a two-legged tie against Italian giants Napoli.
On the domestic front, Laudrup and co finished the year off just two points adrift of the top half.

Now we want to know what your favourite moments of the year are.
So we took to Twitter to ask all of our followers around the world what moment stands out the most.
