Andre Ayew headlines in new-look Swansea City Jack Magazine
14th August 2015
Swans new boy Andre Ayew takes centre-stage in this weekend's new-look Jack Magazine as Garry Monk's side host Newcastle United at the Liberty Stadium on Saturday (3pm).
In his first interview with Swansea City's official matchday magazine, the Ghanaian international discusses growing up as the son of a three-time African footballer of the year, how the Swans match his family values and why he will sacrifice blood, sweat and tears to prove his talent in the Premier League.
As previewed below, Jack Magazine has taken on a completely fresh look in time for the 2015-16 campaign, making it better than ever before.
For the first time, Jack Magazine's 84 pages are "perfect bound", meaning the matchday programme now has a slicker-looking square edge to the spine - an improvement on last year's look.
But taking on the positives of last season's edition, Jack Magazine will once again take on the form of an easy-to-carry magazine in every sense of the word.
Jam-packed with brand new entertaining and insightful content, we have something to suit everyone - from in-depth player interviews to historical features to a glimpse behind the scenes at Swansea City.
In issue one of this season's Jack Magazine, we bring you the first edition of our new feature reflecting on the club's ten years at the Liberty Stadium, as well as a look back at previous programmes from today's fixture.
Meanwhile, we discover what former Swan John Hodge has been up to since hanging up his boots, and club travel manager Robert Young discusses the ins-and-outs of his role.
And if that wasn't enough to whet your appetite ahead of another season of top-flight football at the Liberty, Under-21s striker Alex Samuel goes under the Jack Magazine spotlight while young goalkeeper Lewis Thomas talks training with Fabianski, the season ahead and his dreams of becoming the club's number one in our Under-18s feature.
Feature favourites such as Fan Focus, Foot in Both Camps and A Famous Face will also be included in this week's Jack Magazine, which is available for just £3 on matchday from around the Liberty Stadium, the Club Shop and online.
It will also be available in Slee Stores in Plasmari, Coggers on Wind Street and Browns Newsagent in Landore.
Jack Magazine really is a must-have for any Swans fan. Don't miss out.
