Anthony Wright praises application and resilience of Swansea City U21s following Coventry win

Coach Anthony Wright praised the application of Swansea City Under-21s after they dug deep to claim a third-consecutive win with a 1-0 victory at Coventry City.
Thomas Woodward's second-half goal proved the difference, and the Swans have a 100 per cent record in the league so far this campaign.
They sit top of the PDL, having previously won their two opening games against Crewe Alexandra and Huddersfield Town at the Swansea.com Stadium.
"It was a very tough competitive game, where the players had to dig deep at times to get a good win," said Wright.
"Coventry had the better of the first half, although we defended very well as a team and without the Coventry keeper making a good save from a Morgan Bates header, we could have been 1-0 up at half-time.
"In the second half, we adjusted a few things with a change of shape and this gave us a platform to get a grip of the game. We restricted Coventry to a minimum of chances whilst we had a few opportunities at the other end.
"I’m really pleased with players' out of possession application today. It was a very tough game against a strong Coventry side.
"We showed resilience when needed and the will to defend. It's a good three points and an extremely good performance showing the other side of our game."
