Ashley Williams hailed the amazing achievement by everyone at Swansea City after reaching a major cup final for the first time in the club's 100-year history.
The Swans held European champions Chelsea 0-0 at the Liberty Stadium which meant Michael Laudrup's side advanced to the Capital One Cup Final after winning 2-0 on aggregate.
It means a return trip to Wembley and a place in a major cup final for the first time, where they will meet Bradford City on February 24.
And Williams, who skippered the Swans during a dramatic evening, said everyone connected with the club deserves huge praise.
"We have worked hard for this, and the feeling when you go through is brilliant," said a proud Williams.
"We are very proud with what we have achieved - taking the club to a first major cup final is an amazing feat. Everyone connected with this club can be proud of what they have done.
"The supporters were amazing. The atmosphere really reminded me of the Play-Off game with Nottingham Forest.
"We are so pleased for the supporters because they have got something to cheer about and have another trip to Wembley to look forward to.
"We will all enjoy tonight and let the feeling sink in and look forward to a Wembley final."
