Ashley Williams, Neil Taylor and Jonjo Shelvey earn Wales and England selection

1st October

Ashley Williams, Neil Taylor and Jonjo Shelvey have today been called up by their respective countries for next week's Euro 2016 qualifiers.
Swans duo Williams and Taylor will form part of the Wales squad aiming to reach their first major tournament since 1958 when they visit Bosnia-Herzegovina (Oct 10) and host Andorra (Oct 13).
Chris Coleman's side, who have risen to eighth in the Fifa world rankings, need just one point from their remaining two matches to seal qualification for the tournament in France next summer.
Shelvey, meanwhile, is part of England's squad that hosts Estonia (Oct 9) before travelling to Lithuania (Oct 12).
The 23-year-old played in his nation's victories over San Marino and Switzerland last month, and is looking to win his fourth international cap as England look to finish the group with a perfect record.
News of further international call-ups to follow.
