Away days: Blackburn

Blackburn Rovers v Swansea City

Date: Sunday, May 5

Kick-off: 12.30pm

Address: Ewood Park, Blackburn, BB2 4JF

Distance from the Liberty: 205.5 miles

SEAT ALLOCATION

Away fans are housed in the Bryan Douglas Darwen End, where the facilities provided are good although space is tight. Food on the concourse includes a selection of pies, burgers, hot dogs and sausage rolls.

PARKING

There are various car parks in the area around Ewood Park (especially along Branch Road), where you can leave your vehicle for £5. However, it is worth noting that the roads immediately around the stadium are closed for around 30 minutes after the game.

Therefore, it you want to get away reasonably quickly, there are several industrial units opposite the BP Petrol Garage on the A666 that you can use for the same price.

BY TRAIN

From Swansea, the journey to Blackburn takes roughly five-and-a-half to six hours.

The nearest station is Mill Hill, which is around a 15-minute walk from Ewood Park and is served by trains from Blackburn with the journey only taking a few minutes.

Alternatively, you can take a bus (the number 1 or number 3 services from stand N outside the station) or get a taxi to the ground.

No trains leave Swansea in time to get to the ground for kick-off but the return journeys depart from Mill Hill at 3.07pm, 3.23pm, 4.07pm and 4.23pm. Please note these return journeys include a minimum of three changes.
