Ben Lloyd | Stadium brace tops off my best week in football

Swansea City midfielder Ben Lloyd said his brace for the under-21s' against Sheffield United rounds off one of his favourite weeks in football, having also made his second senior appearance against Oxford United.
The 20-year-old bagged scored twice in the under-21s' final game of the season as they thumped the Blades, the Professional Development League North champions, 5-0 at the Swansea.com Stadium.
The age-grade extended their three-year unbeaten record at the home of the Swans, with Lloyd featuring in over half of those fixtures.
That came just two days after Lloyd had come off the bench for the senior side as they finished off their Championship campaign with a draw against Oxford United.
"It was an amazing way to finish the season, especially with that group of boys," said Lloyd.
"I thought we were dominant in the second half, we really set the tone and it was definitely a performance we can be proud of.
"Hopefully, it was a great experience for the younger lads in the squad, and they can bring that into next season.
"We wish we could play at the Stadium every week, we haven't lost there in three years. I think it's just the occasion of playing at your home ground, we all look forward to it every time."
And the Swansea boy has been relishing recent opportunities in the senior set-up, after making his bow for the first team against QPR over Christmas and being in several matchday squads ahead of the final-day outing against the U’s.
"The Oxford game was probably my favourite moment I've had at this club. My debut was incredible, but just the whole occasion around the Oxford game was amazing,” added Lloyd.
"To come on in front of a full crowd, on a day two Swans legends said goodbye to the club, was special especially as I'm a massive Swans fan.
"Sheez [Alan Sheehan] has really helped me with my confidence and I felt like I played with a lot of confidence with the under-21s on Monday.
"To score two goals at the stadium, rounds off my best week in football. Weeks like this don't come round often, so I will definitely look to get more of this feeling next season."
