Bersant Celina says Swansea City head to Elland Road this weekend full of belief they can claim another positive result against Championship leaders Leeds United.

The Yorkshire club and the Swans are setting the pace at the top of the second tier with 13 points from five games.

Marcelo Bielsa’s men are in top spot by way of a better goal difference, and the two sides are among just four still holding unbeaten records this term.

The Swans have won just once at Elland Road in their history, with that solitary success coming 70 years ago.

But they have been buoyed by an excellent start to life under Steve Cooper, which as seen the head coach and his squad make their best beginning to a campaign in 41 years.

Excellent home form has been backed up by a four-point haul from trips to Derby and QPR, and the trip to Elland Road is one being eagerly-anticipated by the Jack Army.

It’s the same for the players, with Celina confident Swansea can keep their fine start to the season going.

“It will be a tough game, there is always a great atmosphere away to Leeds, and with the noise our fans will make I am sure it will be the same again,” said the Kosovo international, who has scored in his last two Championship appearances.

“They are a good team but we should definitely go there with confidence and show what we can do.

“The gaffer believes we can win any game and I think the players do as well so we will go there and try to win.

“The coaching team and the gaffer expect a lot from us and they are very demanding so that is what keeps us going. We just want to win games, we don’t want to lose any."
