Borja's boost for Swansea City

2nd September

Swansea City have been given a big fitness boost with club-record signing Borja hopeful of making his debut next week against Chelsea.
The Spaniard, signed for a record £15.5million fee from Atletico Madrid last month, is yet to feature for the Swans due to a thigh injury.
But the striker has boosted manager Francesco Guidolin's options in the final third by stepping up his recovery this week.
It means he could be in line to make his Swans debut when Chelsea visit the Liberty on Sunday, September 11 (4pm).

"Borja has stepped up his recovery and has now rejoined the full group on the training field," said Guidolin.
"He is progressing well and if things continue as they are I am confident he will be available for selection for the visit of Chelsea.''
Meanwhile, goalkeeper Oliver Davies, 19, has been released from his Swans contract having returned from a loan spell at Scottish Premiership side Kilmarnock.
