Canas can't wait to get going

Jose Canas admits playing Premier League football at Swansea City provides him with the perfect challenge following his move from Real Betis.
Canas officially became a Swan today after he swapped La Liga for the Barclays Premier League after joining on a free transfer.
The 26-year-old will meet his new team-mates on Tuesday as they begin pre-season training, and then he jets off to Holland for the club's ten-day tour on Wednesday.
Having already played against the Swans in a friendly at the Liberty in 2010, Canas is no stranger to the Swans.
And he is relishing the thought of being part of a team in which he feels will bring out the best in him.
"I remember playing against Swansea for Real Betis and I was amazed by how quickly they passed the ball and how strong they were," said Canas.
"It reminds me a lot of how Spain play. Swansea's style was a key part in my decision to come here.
"The chance to play in the Premier League with a team that loves to play the same way I do is a great opportunity."
With five Spaniards already at the club, Canas expects to settle quickly into life at Swansea.
There will be one familiar face in Chico Flores, who comes from the same province as the midfielder along with sharing the same agent.
And Canas revealed Chico played a big role in selling the club and city to him.
"I know Chico, and when I talked to him he spoke very highly of the club and the city," added Canas.
"He told me the people here treat him very well on and off the pitch.
"I have seen how well he has done here, along with the rest of the Spanish players, so I'm hoping to make the same impact.
"It is also a great opportunity to play under Michael Laudrup. He helped the club to an amazing season last year, and hopefully I can learn from him and help the club do well this season in both Europe and in the league.
"I'm really excited about the season ahead. To play in the Premier League and the Europa League is a great challenge for any footballer."
