Chico: Swans ready for big Euro night

20th February

Chico Flores insists Swansea City are primed and ready for tonight's Europa League clash with Napoli.
The Swans host the Rafa Benitez's side at the Liberty (8.05pm) for the first leg of their Europa League last 32 tie, with the return match in Naples a week later.
Chico has experience of Italian opposition, with the centre-back having spent a year playing in Serie A with Genoa.
And while the 26-year-old admits Napoli are the favourites, he believes it should be a proud night for the whole of Swansea.
"We have done very well in the qualifying rounds and the group stage, particularly as we are new to the competition," said the Spaniard.
"Every player likes to play in European competition. It is very different to playing in your own domestic league, and we can gain a lot from it.
"This will be a really big game, not only for the players but the fans, the club and the city.
"Napoli are one of the biggest teams in Europe. In the Champions League they had a very good campaign, but were unlucky not to progress.
"So it will be a tough game - they are the favourites but we really want to do well and take a lead into the second leg."
