The Premier League & PFA Community Fund provides funding for this exciting project which is run by Swansea City AFC Community Trust in partnership with the City and County of Swansea.
The Healthy Together Project tackles health problems by engaging families in a program that provides an integrated approach to improving physical activity and nutrition levels, and thereby empowering families to lead a healthier lifestyle.
Healthy Together Healthy Eating Officer
This is a fixed term post until August 31, 2015. It is part-time (20hrs per week with the potential of additional hours) and will be paid at £20,858 per annum pro rata.
Do you have experience of delivering healthy eating, or behaviour change programmes, and partnership working with private, voluntary and public sectors? Then you may be the person we need to develop and deliver a series of healthy eating workshops and/or sessions which encourage families to lead a healthier lifestyle, and to work as part of the Healthy Together team comprising of Swansea City AFC Community Trust and City and County of Swansea staff.
