The Swans made it back-to-back Premier League wins in style at the weekend with a thumping 4-1 win over West Ham.
Goals from Wayne Routledge, Andre Ayew, Ki Sung-Yueng and Bafe Gomis saw Francesco Guidolin's side claim a first away win at the Boleyn Ground since August 1956.
