De Guzman aiming to cap fine month

22nd February

Jonathan de Guzman says winning the Capital One Cup would be the perfect end to what he has described as a "great" month.
The Swans midfielder has been ever-present for the Swans this season, making 33 appearances after arriving on loan from Villarreal in the summer.
He has also bagged six goals so far, making himself a firm favourite with the Jack Army.
His good form for the Swans was rewarded earlier this month as de Guzman made his debut for the Netherlands in a friendly international against Italy.
And following that breakthrough, he is hoping to add a Capital One Cup winners medal to cap a fine February.
"Sunday's game will be right up there in terms of my career," he said. "It's a special game for my family and myself - they are all coming over from Canada to watch the game.
"The whole squad is feeling good, though. We've made it to the final, we have some business to do on Sunday and hopefully it ends how we want it to.
"Getting to the final shows how far we are progressing as a team and as a club, and I'm happy to be part of it right now.
"But winning it would cap a great month. Playing for the Dutch national team was great, and to lift a trophy with Swansea would be even better."
During his time in Holland, de Guzman was part of the Feyenoord side that lifted the KNVB Cup in 2008.
The Dutch giants were the favourites that day against Roda JC, with de Guzman getting himself on the scoresheet as they qualified for Europe.
However, on Sunday the Swans will be the favourites to lift the trophy, with opponents Bradford City sitting 69 places below them in the Football League pyramid.
But de Guzman believes he and his team-mates have what it takes to deal with that following their success so far in the competition.
"It's been a normal a week for us in terms of training, maybe with that little bit of extra pressure," he said.
"But we are all really looking forward to it, as I'm sure the supporters are as well.
"We have to just try and treat it like another game. We have played games in the cup where we haven't been the favourites, and we handled it pretty well."
