Double delight for impressive Adams

Sarah Adams stole the show at Swansea City Ladies' end of season awards night.
Adams walked away with the Player of the Year award along with the top scorer gong, while she also won the Welsh Women's Premier League top scorer accolade with 24 goals.
Alicia Powe capped off a fine campaign by lifting the Players' Player trophy while Chloe O'Conner was named Most Improved Player.
Club secretary Julia Lowe was nominated as Club Person of the Year following her valuable and tireless efforts behind the scenes at Swans Ladies.
