The Barclays Premier League is giving you the chance to tell us your views and opinions about Swansea City and Premier League football.

The Premier League and its Clubs are committed to a process of consultation with supporters. Part of this process is the National Fan Survey which covers supporters of all 20 Premier League Clubs.
