Group A opponents
Valencia
(Spain)
Valencia qualified for the competition after finishing fifth in La Liga during a season in which they also reached the Champions League Quarter-Final.
The two-time Champions League runners-up - the former club of Swans winger Pablo Hernandez - play at the 55,000 Mestalla and are managed by former Valencia defender and Yugoslavia international Miroslav Đukić.
Domestically, they have won La Liga six times and the Copa del Rey on seven occasions, while on the continent they have also won the Uefa Cup (2004) and Uefa Cup Winners' Cup (1980).
This summer they sold star striker Roberto Soldado to Tottenham Hotspur for £26million, with the Spaniard scoring the only goal last weekend as the Swans went down 1-0 at White Hart Lane.
In La Liga so far this season, Valencia have won one and lost one from their opening two matches.

Kuban Krasnodar (Russia)
Kuban Krasnodar qualified for the Group Stages by beating Motherwell in the third qualifying round and Feyenoord in the Play-Offs.
The football club is one of the oldest in Russian football and is based in Krasnodar, which is in the South of Russia, and play at the Kuban Stadium, which holds 31,654.
They are currently seventh in the Russian Premier League after six games. They started playing in the Premier League in 2011 after winning the Russian First Division in 2010.
Like the Swans, this is Kuban's first appearance in the Europa League.
Former Liverpool striker Djibril Cisse joined the Russian side in July 2013 and has made five appearances for the club so far, scoring twice.
They have won the Russian Championship four times in 1948, 1962, 1973 and 1987.
Midfielder Ivelin Popov is Kuban's top scorer in the Europa League. The 25-year-old Bulgarian has scored three goals in as many games in the competition.

St Gallen(Switzerland)
The oldest existing club in Swiss football, St Gallen play at the AFG Arena, which is just under a 20,000 capacity.
They are two times winners of the Swiss League - last lifting it in 2000 - while they have won the Swiss Cup and League Cup one occasion.
They returned to the top flight at the first attempt as they won the Swiss Challenge League in 2012, and then went on to finish third the following season to qualify for the Europa League.
St Gallen booked their spot in the Group Stage after beating Michael Laudrup's former club Spartak Moscow 5-3 on aggregate.
On the domestic front, they have won two, drawn two and lost two from their Swiss Super League matches so far.
