Evan Anderson eyeing more key contributions after penalty save

Swansea City Under-21s' goalkeeper Evan Anderson is determined to keep making important contributions for the age-grade side, having saved a penalty in their 4-1 victory over Bristol City at the Swansea.com Stadium.
In-form Morgan Bates had the Swans ahead within five minutes, but the Robins responded immediately and drew level through Raekwan Nelson.
But Bobby Wales went on to add a brace, either side of a goal from first-year scholar Kai Rhodes, to seal the win for the hosts.
And 19-year-old Anderson, who spent two years at Brentford before joining the Swans in August, made a crucial stop at 1-1 as he denied Nelson from the spot.
“I was really pleased to contribute, to make those saves is what we train for," said Anderson.
"It's always nerve-racking being in goal for a penalty, it's a lot of pressure, but I went the right way. It could have been a completely different game if it had gone in.
"I thought in the second half, we were on top for around 30 minutes, the boys did excellent and the substitutes made a great impact.
"I know that we're unbeaten at the stadium for at least three years, it's a great stat and just makes it much more enjoyable playing there, especially in front of fans.
"We bounced back from Tuesday's defeat at Wigan, and now we've got another stadium game coming up at Bournemouth and we'll hope to carry this performance in to that game"
