Fairwood treat for CBN members

Swansea’s leading businesses gathered at the state-of-the-art Fairwood Training Centre to enjoy the third City Business Network event of the season.

Newly supported by Vodafone, the latest instalment gave members an insight in to how the Swans use data within the first team performance environment, coupled with how Vodafone use it within a global telecommunications business.

“It was a really useful and fascinating event to be a part of,” said Paul Morton, senior sales manager, Regional Business Wales for Vodafone. “The insight from Jordan Smith (head of sport science) and Scott Helmich (head of performance analysis) was invaluable for everyone here as it isn’t something we would never normally have an opportunity to access.

The City Business Network with Vodafone is in its inaugural season, with previous masterclasses on Managing Evolution and Change in the workplace, and Transformational Leadership being covered.
