Fan feedback on final

26th February

Swansea City rewrote the club's history books at Wembley last Sunday by winning the Capital One Cup for the first time.

Not only did the Swans lift their first major piece of silverware in the club's 100-year history, the 5-0 victory over Bradford City set a new record winning score in the final of the competition.

It was a day to remember for the Jack Army, with over 33,000 fans there at Wembley to see Michael Laudrup and the boys lift the trophy.

We are working with The Football League as they seek to get our fans' feedback on their experience at the 2013 Capital One Cup Final.  The Football League will use the results of this survey to improve this experience in future finals.

Whether you were one of the thousands of Swansea fans who attended Sunday's final at Wembley or not, The Football League would like to hear your views  on the day's events and on the Capital One Cup in general.  The Football League would love to make the event even better for fans in the coming years, and the best way to do this is by asking those people who it matters most to, you!

We hope that you enjoyed your day out at the final and everyone at the Liberty Stadium is grateful for your continuing support.

The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete and taking part means you have the opportunity to win an official Mitre match-ball of the 2013 Capital One Cup Final (one of only 175 produced).
