Fans vote Quickenden to be captain

29th May

Swans supporters have chosen Jake Quickenden to captain the Reds team for this Sunday's SwansAid celebrity charity match.
Quickenden beat off competition from soap star Jake Wood and Blue singers Simon Webbe and Lee Ryan to win the captaincy after fans voted via Facebook and Twitter.
The I'm a Celebrity... runner-up will line-up against defending captain Adam Woodyatt (Eastenders) to play for the SwansAid celeb trophy this Sunday.

Money raised will be distributed to local charities, sports clubs and organisations helping children and young people in Swansea and the surrounding area.
