Fernandez: Make chances count against champions

26th August

Federico Fernandez believes Swansea City must make their chances count when they visit Premier League defending champions Leicester City this Saturday (3pm).
The Swans head to the home of the 2015-16 winners this weekend hoping to bounce back from last Saturday's 2-0 loss to Hull City last Saturday.
Francesco Guidolin's side suffered a disappointing defeat in their first home game of the campaign, despite firing 23 shots at goal and dominating possession against the Tigers.
And Fernandez believes some clinical finishing will be critical when the Swans take on the champions.

"We created many opportunities to score last week against Hull, but unfortunately we didn't take them," said the Argentinian international.
"It was very frustrating for us because Hull were very strong defensively, but we didn't show our full quality.
"This Saturday we must do that because Leicester are the champions and they are a very good team.
"Going forward they have power and pace, so we know it is going to be a tough game.
"But we have quality within our team too, and if can take our chances then we have a good opportunity of picking up three points."
Fernandez also believes the Swans head to the King Power Stadium with a point to prove.
Last season, the Swans were beaten twice by the Foxes - 3-0 at the Liberty in December before a 4-0 loss in the return match.
"We did not play anywhere near the level we are capable of when we played Leicester last season," he added.
"They deserved to win both games and we under-performed, which was very disappointing.
"We must go there and play a lot, lot better. We are capable of doing that and hopefully we can come home with three points."
