Former France Under-21 and St Etienne left-back Franck Tabanou already feels Swansea City "passion"

New Swansea City signing Franck Tabanou admits he's raring to go at his new club after feeling the passion within the club.
The French left-back clinched his move from Ligue 1 club St Etienne today (Friday) after penning a three-year deal.
He got his first look around the Liberty and city this morning after completing a successful medical, and the 26-year-old is looking forward to settling down in his new surroundings.
"I have been amazed by the city," said Tabanou. "I feel a lot of passion around the club. I am looking forward to playing in the stadium, and I hope to make the fans happy."
The France Under-21 international joins countryman Bafe Gomis in the Swans squad, while fellow summer signing Andre Ayew spent his entire career playing in Ligue 1 before his switch to South West Wales.
And Tabanou is eagerly anticipating linking up with the former Marseille winger as the Swans look to build on last season's record-breaking campaign.
"The signing of Andre Ayew shows the ambition of the club," he added. "The fact that Andre chose Swansea is also a sign that this club is improving and moving up. Together we will fight to make the club better.
"They did very well (last season). I think that the intention of the club is to improve. We can do better and that's why I'm here."
