FREE tickets for Europa ties

After the Swans' sensational victory in Valencia, the club are calling on our loyal Jack Army to back Michael Laudrup and the boys by filling the Liberty for the forthcoming Europa League ties against St. Gallen and Kuban Krasnodar.

To help do so, the club are delighted to offer fans TWO special promotional offers for the aforementioned fixtures.

After listening to the opinions of supporters at the recent fans' forum, regarding the pricing of Europa League tickets, the club has decided to provide better incentives for fans.

Firstly, for supporters who have already bought tickets for the visits of St. Gallen and/or Kuban Krasnodar, the club will offer a FREE complimentary ticket for a friend or family member (this includes fans who have bought the package or match-by-match).

The second offer is for supporters who are yet to purchase tickets. From this moment forward, supporters will now have the opportunity to buy a ticket and receive a second at half the price (the cheapest ticket being half-priced).

For both special promotions, supporters must contact the Ticket Office via telephone or in-person ONLY. Supporters will not be able to receive a complimentary ticket online.

The Ticket Office will endeavour to get a seat as close as possible to the ticket that was originally purchased. However to move seats, supporters are advised that they must bring their original ticket with them when they come into the Ticket Office.

Please be aware that the Ticket Office will not be able to move your seating position over the telephone, unless we have your ticket here.

To service the demand, the opening hours of the Ticket Office have been extended on Friday (September 27) and Monday (September 30), from the usual hours of 10am to 6pm, to 10am to 8pm.

On Saturday (September 28), the sale of this promotion will be postponed two hours prior to the 5.30pm kick-off against Arsenal in order to assist with match-day enquiries.

On Sunday (September 29), the Ticket Office will be closed.

Tickets for St. Gallen and Kuban Krasnodar are now off sale, but will recommence on Friday (September 27) at 10am.

Please note that the home tie against Valencia is not included in this promotional offer, even for supporters who have purchased the package deal.
