Garry Monk happy with Swansea City squad

Garry Monk has expressed his delight in the quality of his Swans squad after a mini revamp over the summer.
The Swans made nine signings during the transfer window including the likes of Icelandic midfielder Gylfi Sigurdsson, World Cup runner-up Federico Fernandez, Ecuadorian speedster Jefferson Montero and Polish keeper Lukasz Fabianski, while Michel Vorm, Ben Davies, Chico Flores, Michu and Pablo Hernandez were among the senior players to leave the Liberty this summer.
Despite a number of changes within the squad, the Swans have made the perfect start to the season with three wins from as many games in the Barclays Premier League along with making progression in the Capital One Cup.
And Monk has been delighted with the impact his new arrivals have made, along with his side's superb start to the campaign.

"I'm happy with the quality of the group," said the Swans boss. "I was looking at strengthening two positions to give us more depth, but the squad we have is very good.
"There is no guarantee with any player you bring in, but we had a good look at them in the summer and analysed them in depth.
"The players that have come in have settled in very well - on and off the pitch - and we've been pleased with what they have brought to the club already."
