Garry Monk, Nathan Dyer and Gylfi Sigurdsson in contention for awards

Swansea City has received three nominations for the Barclays Premier League manager and player of the month awards for August.
Following the club's perfect start to the campaign, which included wins over Manchester United, Burnley and West Brom, Garry Monk is among the candidates for the manager of the month accolade.
Monk has been nominated along with Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho, Aston Villa's Paul Lambert and Mark Hughes, of Stoke City.
For the player award, Nathan Dyer and Gylfi Sigurdsson have been nominated following superb starts to the season.
Dyer has scored three goals in as many games while Sigurdsson - who signed for the club this summer from Tottenham Hotspur - has scored once while also playing a major part in the Swans' five other league goals.
The Swans pair face competition from Chelsea's Diego Costa and Cesc Fabregas along with Andreas Weimann, of Aston Villa.
The winners are due to be revealed on Friday.
