Luciano Narsingh has more set more goals as his target for Swansea City after finding the net against Notts County on Saturday.

The winger fired the Swans ahead just before half-time against the League Two side in the FA Cup fourth-round tie at Meadow Lane, with Jon Stead leveling to ensure the game will go to a replay.

Narsingh, who also netted the winner in the 2-1 victory over Watford last month, has now found the net twice in five appearances since the appointment of Carlos Carvalhal, having failed to do so in any of his 26 previous matches for the club.

The Dutchman believes that putting himself in the right position is paying dividends towards his recent upturn in fortune in front of goal.

"I didn't score for a while, but I only really had a couple of chances," he said.

"I'm starting to get more chances and I'm scoring them, so I am happy about that and they are good signs.

“Scoring goals is a part of my game which I must improve, and my form under the new manager is something I want to continue.”
