Hard work paying off, says Kenji

Kenji Gorre pointed towards hard work on the training ground as a catalyst to his impressive form for the Under-21s this season.
The winger notched his sixth and seventh goals of the campaign on Monday night as Chris Llewellyn's side secured a 2-1 win over Charlton Athletic.
That win came on the back of the Swans letting slip a two-goal lead in a 2-2 draw against Queens Park Rangers last week.
But it was Gorre who once again stole the show on Monday night, scoring twice from close range to earn a vital three points.
And the former Manchester United man believes extra work on the training pitch has played a key role.

"I've been working hard after training, doing extra finishing," he said. "I'm trying to add more goals to my game and get in the right areas - but it seems to be paying off so far this season.
"After last week's game it was important that we got the win and we managed to do that.
"We've been working hard all week and being 2-0 up again we didn't want to let it slip.
"We are looking to win the title because we have a strong squad this year."
