Important information regarding season cards

Season ticket holders who have disposed of their season cards from 2014-15 will be able to get a new card free of charge.
However, supporters must contact us before 6pm on Thursday (August 13) prior to our first home game against Newcastle United.
This is because it is the first time that supporters have been asked to keep their existing season card, and following consultation with the Supporters Trust.
Please be advised that any supporter who contacts us after the above deadline will have to pay the previously advised £20 replacement fee.
Meanwhile, any supporter who has moved seats for the 2015-16 season must contact the Ticket Office to arrange a new season card.
For reference, anyone who has paid £20 already since the end of last season will be contacted by the Ticket Office and awarded a full refund.
