10 Swansea City players will be in action this forthcoming international break for their respective countries.

Ben Cabango and Liam Cullen have both been named in Craig Bellamy’s selection as Wales continue their bid to reach the finals in the United States, Canada and Mexico in 2026.

Wales play England on October 9 at Wembley Stadium, before they return home on October 13 as they host Belgium at the Cardiff City Stadium.

Fresh off his new contract and senior Chile debut, Lawrence Vigouroux returns to the squad ahead of their friendly against Peru on Friday, October 10. 

Zan Vipotnik Slovenia

In-from striker Zan Vipotnik has earned his place in Slovenia's national squad for their World Cup Qualifiers against Switzerland and Kosovo.

The 23-year-old scored a crucial 90th-minute equaliser for his country against Sweden in September to secure a vital point in their bid for World Cup qualification.

Adam Idah, who also scored a last-gasp equaliser for his country last international break after coming off the bench against Armenia, is back in the Republic of Ireland squad for their 2026 World Cup qualifiers against Portugal (Saturday, October 11) and Armenia (Tuesday, October 14). 

After a Player of the Match performance from Ethan Galbraith against Luxembourg in September, the midfielder is back in the Northern Ireland squad. 

Michael O'Neil's side will face Slovakia and Germany in their 2026 World Cup qualifiers on home turf. 

Further afield, Cameron Burgess will travel west for friendlies against Canada and the United States respectively, as the Socceroos have already claimed a place in the 2026 World Cup in the USA.

Fellow summer signing Marko Stamenic has been named in the All Whites squad for their international friendlies against Poland and Norway, with New Zealand having also claimed a spot at the World Cup in March. 

Jisung Eom South Korea

Jisung Eom is back in the South Korean squad for their friendly double-header against Brazil and Paraguay, whilst Burnley loanee Manuel Benson for Angola's African World Cup qualifiers against Eswatini and Cameroon.
