Jac Lewis Foundation to host open drop-in session at Swansea.com Stadium hub
To mark mental health awareness week 2026, Jac Lewis Foundation hub is opening the doors of its mental health hub at the Swansea.com Stadium to all supporters.
The hub takes place between 10am and 3pm every Friday at the stadium and its doors are open to anyone who requires the services.
The hub aims to break the stigma around seeking help by offering free access to mental health support, as well as practical advice on housing, finance, training, and legal issues.
On Friday May 15, the hub will be opening its doors further for drop ins and anyone interested in learning more about the work of Jac Lewis Foundation and the hub are invited to pop in for a cup of tea and a chat.
The Jac Lewis Foundation was set up in memory of Jac Lewis – former Swansea City academy player – who sadly died by suicide aged just 27.
A carpenter and talented footballer who was playing for Welsh League side Ammanford at the time, his passing was felt deeply by the local community who were determined to provide mental health support that was easy to access as soon as it is needed.
Since its formation in 2019, the charity has grown to have hubs across South Wales including the one at the Swansea.com Stadium.
