Joe Lewis makes Torquay United transfer

Swansea City defender Joe Lewis has completed a move to Torquay United, subject to international clearance.
The defender had a stint on loan with the current National League leaders last season, and now joins on a permanent basis.
Lewis, 21, first joined the Swans at the age of seven and was due to be out of contract in the summer of 2021.
