Josh Key is set to miss Swansea City's Easter fixtures due to a hip injury, while Ethan Galbraith is being assessed after reporting a calf issue upon his return from international duty.

Defender Key missed the game against Coventry after picking up his injury during the game against Wrexham, and Matos confirmed he will be sidelined for at least the next three games.

Galbraith, meanwhile, returned from featuring for Northern Ireland against Italy and Wales with a calf complaint, but it is too early to say if it will keep him out of Friday's trip to take on Sheffield United at Bramall Lane.

"We still have some of the players reporting back from international duty," said the Swans boss.

"So far, only Gally has reported something on his calf, so at the moment he is being assessed by the medical team and after that we should have more clarity on what it is. Apart from that everyone has come back okay.

"Josh had a knock against Wrexham, so he will miss the next games for sure.

"It's a tricky, strange injury at the same time because it was the knock, and with the knock there was a small tear in the muscle.

"It could be more than the two games over Easter, for sure he will not be available for Sheffield United and Middlesbrough, and probably not the next one after that, but we will see."
