Ki Sung-Yueng is heading back to Wales having played 90 minutes for South Korea on Tuesday.

The Swansea City midfielder was part of the side who drew 1-1 with Serbia in the South Korean city of Ulsan.

It has been a busy international break for Ki, who was also on the pitch throughout last Friday’s 2-1 friendly win over Colombia.

Swans boss Paul Clement must now wait to see what condition Ki is in when he returns to club duty ahead of Saturday’s Premier League trip to Burnley.

Tammy Abraham, meantime, has made the shorter trip back to SA1 from London having won his second senior England cap on Tuesday night.

The on-loan Chelsea striker came on for the final 15 minutes as Gareth Southgate’s team drew 0-0 with Brazil.
