Laudrup: We know what to expect

4th April

Michael Laudrup insists his players are aware of what they are up against when they take on Norwich this weekend.
The Swans head to Carrow Road on the back of three straight defeats in the Premier League.
Despite that run of form, they remain ninth in the table but Fulham are just one point behind with a game in hand following their win over Queens Park Rangers on Monday.
However, Norwich are not yet safe from relegation following five defeats in six games, and the Canaries have scored just five league goals this calendar year.
And Chris Hughton's men have a good record against the Swans, having won all three matches since the two clubs won promotion in 2011.
"We know what to expect from Norwich," said Laudrup. "They have four home games left and will want to get the points to try and get to the 40-point mark.
"We have to have a desire to get a result on Saturday, but I can't fault the commitment of the players in recent weeks.
"We can win the game, but we know that it will be a physical one. They have scored the most number of goals from set pieces this season and we have to go there and be strong.
"It is going to be really tough game."
Following three defeats on the spin, outsiders consider Swansea's season to be over already following February's Capital One Cup triumph.
However, the squad have stated a desire to finish the campaign on a high and try to better last year's league position and points tally.
And the boss insisted that he has a burning ambition to move the club onto the next level once more.
"I want to install a mentality that we have to continue, even if we do well or win a trophy like we have," said Laudrup.
"I'm disappointed even after losing to teams like Arsenal and Tottenham, and that is the mentality that I want to create and the reason why I will remain here next season.
"We've come back before after bad results, so we need to try and do it again. We need to just focus on the last remaining games and try to pick up as many points as possible."
Meanwhile, Laudrup confirmed that Angel Rangel and Chico Flores would be fit for the trip to Carrow Road.
Rangel missed last Saturday's defeat to Spurs, while Flores was replaces midway through the second half following his return from an ankle ligament injury.
And the Swans boss confirmed that Neil Taylor isn't too far away from a first-team return.
"Physically, he (Taylor) is quite close to being back," he said. "He has been training for a number of weeks now.
"I'm really happy for him and let's just wait and see what happens. Angel and Chico have been training this week and they will be in the squad for Saturday."
