Learn Spanish with the Swans

19th September

Swansea City supporters gearing up to begin their Europa League adventure in Valencia are getting a helping hand from their very own Spanish heroes, with the first ever downloadable Footballer's Guide to Spanish phrases.
The Swans qualified for Europe this year after triumphing in the Capital One Cup last season at Wembley and League Cup sponsor and credit card provider Capital One has stepped in to ensure travelling supporters are properly prepared for their first trip to Spain with the club, teaming up with the club's leading stars to create a tongue-in-cheek language guide for fans.
The special audio guide, voiced by a host of the Swans' Spanish stars including Michu, Chico Flores and Jose Canas, features the stars offering a number of helpful phrases for fans making the trip, as well as translations for favourite chants to help make a real presence in Valencia's iconic Mestalla Stadium.

Highlights include:

Referee, that was a pen!
Árbitro, ¡eso fue penalti!
