Leon: Swans facing "different challenge"

17th March

Leon Britton admits Swansea City face a "different challenge" in their nine remaining fixtures.
The Swans missed an opportunity to move seven points clear of the relegation zone last Saturday as they went down 2-1 at home to West Brom.
Defeat to the Baggies means the Swans are four points clear of third-bottom Sunderland, who have played two games less.
And with trips to Everton and Arsenal next on the agenda, it promises to be a very different run-in to those experienced over the last few years for the Swans.
"Losing on Saturday makes it harder for us as it was to a direct rival," said Britton.
"We played well in the first half but after half-time we did not match their desire and effort. We were a completely different side in the second half.
"It means we are very much part of the relegation battle and it's up to us to get out of it.
"Over the last few years we have had nothing but success at this football club, but now we have a different challenge on our hands.
"It's a fight for survival and we have to get the right results to ensure we move out of contention to go down."
