Llorente's targeting more goals

27th September

Fernando Llorente is targeting more goals for Swansea City after opening his account for the club last weekend.
The Spanish striker put the Swans back on level terms during the 3-1 defeat against Manchester City at the Liberty on Saturday.
Llorente controlled Gylfi Sigurdsson's pass before firing a thunderous effort into the far top corner in the 13th minute as he scored his first goal for the Swans since his summer switch from Sevilla.
It proved the 31-year-old's best performance since arriving in SA1, and Llorente now hopes to add more goals to his tally - starting with Saturday's home clash with Liverpool.

"I am happy to score my first goal, but unfortunately we didn't win the game, which is the most important thing.
"Manchester City are a very good team, but we were unlucky because we played very well and deserved something from the game. The penalty was the turning point in the game.
"If we keep playing like we did last weekend then we can pick up more wins and points.
"I feel better with myself because my performances have improved.
"Now I want to score more goals for Swansea."
