Eder scored his second goal in four appearances for Lille as they beat Reims 2-0 in the French top flight.
The Portuguese international put the icing on the cake for Lille with a 90th-minute goal which sees the 14th-placed side sit just seven points off fourth spot.
Staying in Ligue 1, and Franck Tabanou played the full 90 minutes as St Etienne missed the chance to move to within a point of third placed following a 0-0 draw with Angers.
In League Two, Connor Roberts and Daniel Alfei went head-to-head as Yeovil travelled to Mansfield.
And it was Roberts who came out on top, with Yeovil picking up a shock win over promotion-chasing Mansfield, with Darren Way's side scoring a last-minute winner.
Victory moves the Glovers nine points clear of the dropzone, while Mansfield could have moved into the final play-off spot with a win.
Finally, Ryan Hedges featured for 72 minutes as Stevenage were beaten 2-0 by fifth-placed Portsmouth.
Meanwhile, Nathan Dyer (Leicester City), Gerhard Tremmel (Werder Bremen), Alex Samuel (Morton) and Tom Holland (Eastleigh) didn't feature for their loan clubs over the weekend.
