Eder scored his second goal in four appearances for Lille as they beat Reims 2-0 in the French top flight.
The Portuguese international put the icing on the cake for Lille with a 90th-minute goal which sees the 14th-placed side sit just seven points off fourth spot.
Staying in Ligue 1, and Franck Tabanou played the full 90 minutes as St Etienne missed the chance to move to within a point of third placed following a 0-0 draw with Angers.
