Kyle Bartley and Matt Grimes helped Leeds claim a dramatic last-gasp 3-2 win at Norwich City to send Leeds United into the Championship Play-Offs.
Bartley made his 19th appearance of the campaign as Garry Monk's side scored in added-on time to claim their third consecutive victory and rise to sixth place.
Grimes came off the bench in the 89th minute before seeing Ronaldo Vieira strike a late winner.
Marvin Emnes lasted for just half an hour of Blackburn's 2-1 defeat at Aston Villa.
The striker pulled up when chasing a loose ball, and he was replaced by former Swans striker Danny Graham.
In the FA Cup, Ryan Hedges was on target as Yeovil spurned a 2-0 lead to draw Solihull Moors at Huish Park.
The striker powered home a left-footed effort from close range to edge Darren Way's side ahead. Liam Shephard also played the full 90 minutes for the Glovers.
Also on the scoresheet was Josh Sheehan, who struck his first goal for Newport County in their win at Accrington Stanley.
The midfielder played the full 90 minutes and fired home the third and final goal in added-on time.
Connor Roberts made his third appearance for Bristol Rovers as they were held 1-1 at Crawley Town.
Rovers had after 15 minutes before Crawley - who ended the game with ten men - levelled past the half hour mark to force a replay.
Meanwhile, Kenji Gorre, Adam King and Josh Vickers were unused substitutes in their club's FA Cup ties, while Franck Tabanou and Bafe Gomis failed to feature for Granada and Marseille.
